PP CREASING MACHINE

Monga Electronics manufactures PP Creasing Machine. The products are plastic welding machines, packing and sealing machines. The toggle press is assisted with hydraulic power pack to generate high pressure. The bottom plate and top die plate temperatures are adjustable to suit various thicknesses and types of materials. The temperature controlled die coupled with high-pressure forms the folding line on PP sheets. Multiple lines with minimum pitch of 17 mm up to maximum of 80 mm can be embossed with one stroke. Timer and material placement gauges are provided for consistency in production. Guard is provided on the press for safety of operator.
