Portable Plasma and Flame Cutting Machine

Neri Machine Tools has introduced a rigid, user-friendly and economical CNC portable Plasma/Flame Cutting Machine, which is suitable in fabrication and metal cutting industries. This machine is vastly used in India and can cut SS, MS, brass and aluminium. Cutting area of this machine is 1500 x 2500 mm where a 4 x 8 ft piece can be fully cut. This machine is very user-friendly and easy to operate. Many features such as Angle, Kerf, Scale, Mirror, Nest, Common line and many more are in-built in this machine. CAD drawings can be generated through FastCam, software which is provided along with the machine; these drawings can be transferred to the CNC through USB (pen drive). This machine is guaranteed with high production and less maintenance. This machine can cut both by plasma or oxyfuel, and can be integrated with Indian or imported brand plasma source.
