Techno Crafts offers Plasma Cutting Machine, CombiCut. Plasma cutting combined with punching is a genuine alternative to the laser cutting and punching combination, if the plasma cutting quality is sufficient (cutting gap 1.2mm, tolerance at least 0.1mm), the material thickness is less than 12.5mm, the materials is electrically conductive (otherwise only punching can be used), louver punching, stiffening, threading and forming operations are required (CombiCut universal punch head with exchangeable tools), complex interior and exterior contours must be produced, gleaming, varnished, coated, film-coated or rusted, related investments must be made for technical reasons and it is necessary to work efficiently in one-shift operation at less than full capacity.
