National Cutting Tools offers a pipe thread cutting machine. The NCT brand gear head bed type thread cutting machine is available in 1/4" to 1" and 3/8" to 1-1/2" capacity for bolts and pipes. General specifications, design and workmanship: the bed type thread cutting machines are designed to produce quality threads within the clearance for which they were intended. The heavy-duty geared head box is of best quality casting providing support to the spindle bearings. The box is of gear type, lubricated, fitted with three extra heavy-duty bearings. Model Super Deluxe is available in ¼" to 1½ capacity. Other specifications: saddle movement=10" to 12"; spindle speed range - 125 to 180 RPM; number of spindle speeds - 2 or 3; threading capacity - ¼" to 1-½"; production per hour - 60 to 80; rating - 3 HP, 960 RPM; automatic leading cut off - nil; and space required - 24" x 65".
