D.L. Ricci Corp offers Pipe Cutting and Beveling Machines. This is used for cutting and beveling in-line pipe and tube. It"s compact design and outstanding power to weight ratio makes it an easy choice for virtually all wall thickness and alloys. Along with severing and beveling, this is capable of boring, flange facing, OD turning, RTJ grooves and compound angle weld preparations. Innovative technology includes fully adjustable bearing system for longer cutting life, a new gear clamping feature and motor mount for faster, more secure set-ups, compatible locator extensions and tool blocks/ slides and a thicker cross section of gear and housing giving more stability for heavier cutting. This comes in Models from 16" to 42" and can be powered by various configurations of electric, pneumatic or hydraulic motors. Other accessories include; High-speed slides, single-point and I.D. counterbore modules, out of round tool block slides, low profile tool block slides as well as swivel head modules are available.
