NC/CNC Hydraulic Vertical Shears

Hindustan Hydraulics offers NC/CNC Hydraulic Vertical Shears. This is available in shearing lengths of 5, 6 and 8 metres with thickness ranging from 6 to 16 mm. This machine design is based on the blade adjustment through lower blade. In this case the bed consisting of the lower blade moves hydraulically, which is accurate and precise throughout the longer lengths .The cutter beam only moves in one axis and is very precise for the rake angle. The machine comes with NC/CNC backguage drive with Delem DAC 310 or DAC 360 controls. The cutting accuracies shall be as per the DIN 55804 Class I. The machine is with stroke length control option also.
