NC EDM - MODEL LEADER ZNC

Electronica offers NC EDM - Model Leader ZNC. Special features of this model are: work table dimension 600 x 400 mm; X, Y, Z traverse 400 x 300 x 250 mm; DC servo system for Z axis; and two door work tank for ease of loading/unloading of work piece. Standard features of ZNC are: precision co-ordinate table with needle roller bearing on symmetric guide ways; highly accurate work head with quill running on pre-loaded cross roller bearing; linear scales for X, Y, Z position measurement; programmable Z axis; optimum selection of EDM parameters with use of fuzzy logic - Ezy logic; adaptive anti-arc circuit; 3-axis digital position display on screen; reverse servo machining; and reduced electrode wear with higher material removal rate due to use of Equi-energy pulse.
