Chennai-based David Quigley Machinery (India) Private Limited supplies metalworking machine - FXB 440 DSA, which has massive steel fabricated saw bow and sturdy movable guide arms that provide maximum clearance at acute angles.This metalworking machine has saturn M42 bi-metal saw blade with self adjusting precision carbide blade guides and roller bearing guidance. Easy swivelling and setting of saw bow enable mitre cutting in both right and left sides up to 60 deg, while the material remains clamped vice at 90 deg. The automatic or manual mode of cutting cycle can be selected. These are available with four cutting speeds to suit most cutting operations or with inverter drive providing infinitely variable cutting speeds. The maintenance-free worm gear drive provides optimum cutting power. The round, square and rectangle double mitre cutting at 90 degrees are 445 mm, 445 mm x 445 mm and 610 mm x 445 mm, respectively. The saw frame of the product is made of plate steel and pivoted with angle range 60-90-60 degrees. The down feed and return of the saw is hydraulic with step less/variable feed range. The capacities of the drive unit and hydraulic unit are 1.2 and 20 litres, respectively. The pump delivery of the coolant with tank capacity 30 litres is 4 litres/min.
