Metal Cutting Bandsaw Machine

Santosh Machine Tools offers a high-speed and horizontal Metal Cutting Bandsaw Machine of high quality. Advantages are less material wastage and the bandsaw blade is cheaper. The blade has circulating movement and moves in one direction only, in one cycle time. The blade has continuous cutting and no idle stroke, so it uses less cutting time. Also the blade is always in contact with the material and moving in one direction only. Other advantages are: less power consumption due to continuous cutting; the arm has swing type action for smoother and faster cutting of larger sections; efficient self-centring vice for job clamping; optional swivel vice for job clamping (heavy-duty); easy, precise and adjustable gravity feeding control; makes optimum use of bandsaw blade since it can be rewelded many times; has heavy-duty worm reduction drive; good parallelism in cutting due to adjustable blade guide; and each and every part of the machine is easily repairable and replaceable.
