The double column metal cutting bandsaw machine is a product of Dipkala Engineering Works, a manufacturer of band saw machines, hydraulic hacksaw machines and CI type hack saw machines. Standard accessories include: hydraulic band tension; auto saw frame height adjustment; heavy duty reduction gearbox (Elecon/Shanti); stepless cutting feed regulation; complete electric system; complete coolant system; driven chip brush; step pulley with V-belt; complete hydraulic system; automatic feed regular for different material/cross section; hydraulic full stroke clamping vice (with pressure regulator); and carbide and roller blade guide for long life accurate cutting. Optional accessories: chip conveyor; job roller stand; bundle cutting attachment; bi-metal bandsaw blade; AC drive for infinitely variable speed controls; and variable vice pressure for thin walled jobs.
