ITL Industries is providing metal cutting solutions to Indian and global industries for the last 20 years. It manufactures 64 models of small, medium and large capacity metal cutting band saw machines. These machines are manufactured in well-equipped plant with proven technologies and back-up support and continuous design and development at its Indore plant. Understanding the needs of customer, the company has categorised its product range in small, medium and large size double column bandsaw machines. It provides as many as 24 models in large category ranging from cutting capacity of 530 to 2000 mm as a standard product. Apart from this, it also undertakes special purpose machines for different sizes and applications. These machines are suitable for alloy steel cutting, large sized pipes, condensers, forging and billets in all grades of ferrous and non-ferrous materials. ITL’s cutting machines through their high speeds and pointed accuracy ensure improved results, multiple cost savings in initial investment, maintenance, material and post-machining investments. Features: various options to meet specific requirements – double column construction; infinitely variable feed control; automatic feed regulation; cutting speed in steps; hydraulic clamp vice; hydraulic band tensioning; powered wire brush; built-in coolant tank and pump; hydraulic power packs; electric control panels; standard colour RAL 5014 and RAL 7035; and machine lamps. Optional accessories: shuttle type hydraulic table with vice; roller table; hydraulic oil cooling arrangement; variable frequency drive; automatic/motorised blade guide setting; electrically operated sward, conveyor and container; micro mist coolant; hand operated lubrication system for main columns only; and fully automatic lubrication system.
