Mechanical Shearing Machine

BFL Company designed an innovative, Scientific brand Mechanical Shearing Machine for 1250 x 1.63 mm (16 gauge) MS cutting capacity. This can be made in all series, as per customer requirement, for a given length and thickness of metal sheet, at affordable price in best quality. An ordinary mechanical shearing machine has system working with load wheels and clutch system. This innovative machine has no load wheels so, the machine life is increased and maintenance cost is low. The cuts metal sheet with normal presser stroke with power of the gear drive force. While an ordinary mechanical shearing machine has the motor running continuously, in the Scientific model the motor runs only for actual work. Also the lubrication system is grease (bearings) instead of oil (bush), which is a gear drive system, not a clutch system with high maintenance. Another difference with conventional machine, which works on pulley and V-belt system that causes power loss, the Scientific machine works on direct motor shaft to gearbox shaft with couple set, so no power loss.
