ISGEC HACO, a joint venture between ISGEC, India and HACO nv, Belgium, offers high performance hydraulic guillotine shears for the requirement of high precision sheet metal cutting for small and high volume production set ups for sheet thicknesses ranging from 0.6 mm to 32 mm and length up to 6000 mm. These shears, with robust built, are accurate and cost effective and come with electro-hydraulic rake angle adjustment, blade gap adjustment and top beam with vertical movement for precision, greater efficiency and ease in maintenance. The shears are supplied with superior quality blades with 4 cutting edges, motorised back gauge for automatic positioning with digital readout, hydraulic and electric overload protection, tilting plate hold downs and other standard features. These shears are also available with CNC controls for various automatic functions.
