Hydraulic Shearing Machine

Jekson Machinery, an ISO 9001:2008 certified company, offers Jekshine brand variable rake angle Hydraulic Shears (HVR Series) for fabrication works which demand accuracy, quality and productivity. This is available in a range varying from 2 mm to 25 mm with easy and accurate shearing from1500 mm to 6500 mm length. Higher than required rake angle causes twisting of sheets. Even heavy capacity shears need to reduce the rake angle for cutting lower thickness veri-rake shear provide this facility. This hydraulic shear is provided with four-edge HCHCR/pneumatic steel blade (interchangeable) and suitable for mild steel and stainless steel. Features include operation control on front with foot switch, electronic rake angle system, motorised back gauge with DRO range of 1000 mm. Stroke length position can be set for shorter jobs and sheet clamped hydraulically before cut starts. The company also makes NC backgauge with hydraulic rear sheet support. This NC backgauge can be used with Jekson hydraulic press brakes up to 400 tonnes capacity.
