- Excellent chip evacuation; the inclination on the helical cutting edge forms small chips, delivering smooth chip evacuation
- Twisted clamping technology avoid insert movement during machining; rectangle design ensures anti rotation, which is difficult to achieve with conventional inserts, and
- Insert design allows the cross section to be larger than that of the round insert in a similar size; both the radius insert and the high-feed insert fit on the same cutter body, which offers flexibility depending on the application.
