Super Hobs and Broaches was incorporated in 1999 with necessary set up to manufacture high speed steel cutting tools. The company manufactures gear shaving cutters such as conventional, diagonal, underpass and plunge cut. Resharpening of indigenous as well as imported cutters is also been carried out. Manufacturing as well as resharpening of shaving cutters is being carried out on CNC gear shaving cutter grinding machine. Each cutting tool is accompanied by process data sheet and each process is followed by stage inspection. Special features: each cutting tool thus manufactured is heat treated by salt-bath process which is one of the best method. It ensures uniform and deep heating, better structure and better tool life. The standards followed are BIS, BS, DIN, ASA, JIS and GOST, etc., as per customers choice or specification.
