Gear Hobbing Machine

The Gear Hobbing Machine, UH 150 M H is a universal gear hobbing machine with the capacity of Mod: <2, diameter (mm): 150, length (mm): 180. This is a horizontal based machine with standard and optional accessories, such as: basic m/c to cut spur gear, throated worm gear, timing pulley, chain wheel, spline; by optional differential system, helical and spiral set gear and worm can also be cut; built with centralised lubricating system wit total recovery of oil; motorised coolant and lubricant pump fitted with filters and differential pressure systems; swarf separating system with three stages for clean and a long coolant life; hob head: 360? ; it can cut 70? and more helical gears; standard hob in diameter (mm): 25 to 50; width (mm): 50, maximum diameter cutter (mm): 60; hob speed (rpm): 300 to 1500; instead of fix size hob spindle, arbor type with the diameter of 8, 10, 13, 16 and 22 mm is available for use ; work tail stock fitted with quick release, toggle system with pressure control spring; all the parts made from graded cast iron, alloy steel, hardened and ground to close tolerance; and easily operated feed clutch with auto release at the end of hobbing and over-loads the safety system.
