Standard features: 3-axes CNC, viz., work piece indexing/rotation (C-axis); work piece longitudinal traverse (Z-axis) cutter head cross traverse (X-axis); separate AC servo motors for each axis; LM guideways for each linear axis; hardened and ground precision ball screws; twin spindle milling head for chamfering operation; hydraulic quick clamping/declamping of work piece; short type machine cladding with manual door; manually operated peg locator; can perform chamfering, pointing, roofing, rounding and deburring type chamfering operation; and AC for CNC control cabinet. Optional features: full height (top open) splashguard with auto-door open. Optional accessories: coolant equipment for wet cutting and chip flushing, magnetic chip conveyor with chip trolley, coolant gun and voltage stabiliser.
