The Gear and Spline Hobbing Machine, HL2 is available with standard accessories such as: heavy duty cast table with oil reservoir, oil basin and tool case; standard plug cam; spanner kit with wooden box; set of belts; electric control and safety systems with 0.75 hp three-phase motor; hob spindle diameter (mm): 8, 10 or 13 with centre support of any one size as required; work spindle through bore (mm): 20, 25 or 32 of any one size as required; filter for coolant; filter screen, tray and multi-stage oil tank for swarf separation; oil gun; rexine cover for machines; set of feed and index gears, heavy horizontal slide is more rigid and durable than HL-1 model; 25 mm in diameter centre quill; heavy duty with large toggle movement; centre assembly fitted with heavy thrust bearing attachment; hob cutter spindle fitted with fly wheel arrangement; assembly of special preloaded and adjustable universal joint ; improved hob feed system with rigid retract type double cams; basic machine to cut 75 mm diameter and 50 mm length spur gear worm and a spline cap of 1.50 module.
