Gasket Cutting Machine

Hindusthan Electric House has introduced 'E-Zee Cut' gasket cutting machine, a lightweight, cost effective, rugged and portable machine for fabricating circular gaskets from 2"-42" diameter in CAF, rubber and neoprene materials up to 3.2 mm thickness. The machine comes with a range of standard and optional accessories and is manually operated and practically maintenance free, making it a cost effective and high utility tool for process industries. The machine cuts 2"-22" circular gaskets through a calibrated bar provided as standard fitment and 22"-42" gaskets with the help of an optional calibrated centre bar. A set of hole saw cutters is provided as standard accessories to drill stud holes from 12-45 mm once the outer and inner diameter have been cut by the gasket cutter. Hole saw cutters are mounted on an electric hand drill or bench drill for drilling stud holes. Additional free accessories, viz., laminated flange tables to IS, ANSI and DIN standards, laminated operation and maintenance manuals, cutter remover and alignment key, etc., are also provided. Cutting blade is the only replaceable part and manufactured from alloy steel and hardened for long life. The gasket cutter and accessories are packed in a heavy-duty plywood case to ensure safe transportation.
