Roljack Asia Limited offers a Multi Blade Gang Saw based on new technology with reduced operational and maintenance cost. The design of this particular machine is a result of long research, to find a solution for higher production, cutting and sawing at reduced cost. The movement of saw-frame on four columns provided with joint articulated guides centred with pivot, fabricated from high endurance tested steel, based on proper calculation of forces and stresses amply calculated there upon, ensure proper and impeccable functioning of the machine. This system works very efficiently and smoothly since there is no friction arising from the displacement of saw-frame unlike in conventional systems available. It requires almost negligible maintenance, as there is no direct contact of any moving part except for blades to stone. This system has initiated revolution in terms of not requiring any replacement of rollers, slides or piston or day to day consumables like oil etc. It’s very smooth running allows all power of machine to fully divert on cutting of stone only, eventually curtailing the electric bills also. For centrifugal force, a well-balanced sturdy cast iron fly-wheel, maximum dia of up to 3500 mm is mounted on main shaft in two pieces. The main shaft of high carbon-alloy steel fitted with spherical roller bearings on both sides is housed in pedestals made of two pieces. The specialty of Roljack battery assembly is that pedestals are so made to facilitate the maintenance if any, without taking any time and also without disturbing the foundation since, pedestals have proper locking system which can be dismantled easily, thus helping saving time and money.
