ITL Industries, India's leading metal cutting solutions provider, offers a state-of-the-art Flying Cold Saw Cut Off, Model ITL FCS 75 and FCS 120. This (patent applied for) machine is designed, developed and manufactured for high-speed mill operation up to 150-meter per minute with 25 cuts per minute, using HSS as well as carbide tipped saw blades covering full range of general purpose to special purpose steels used for tube manufacturing. While designing the equipments various aspects were considered which includes easy to use, least maintenance, least vibration and noise, suitable for retrofitting in existing mills, low operating cost because of very low power consumption, saw blade protection in case of power failure and finally highly dependable and reliable. The company has established its name in past two decades as a reliable metal cutting solution provider offering wide range of band saw machine, power hacksaw machine and CNC circular saw with HSS and TCT cutter.
