Technocrats Plasma Systems offers Flame Cutting Machine. Features: straight line or circular cuts up to 180 mm thickness; bevel cuts up to 90º; internally asbestos lined body with fibre glass insulated circuit; dynamically balanced armature for ultra smooth drive; strong and solid construction for longer life; and precise control and proven performance. The body of the carriage unit is made of thick gauge pressed steel. The drive consists of a high performance universal type 1/20 HP, AC/DC motor for 220/240 V, 50 Hz of electric supply. The speed can be varied from 60 to 600 mm/min. The torch is specially designed heavy-duty injector type, works on oxygen and acetylene/LPG with appropriate nozzles. The torch holder enables vertical and horizontal movement of the torch, adjustment for bevel cutting from 0º to 90º can also be made easily. The machine runs on the standard aluminium rail track of 1.8 m length, it does not require any special rail.
