All Euroboor Cutters can be sharpened using Euroboor Machine Model ERM.100/2.

• Hole Cutters – HSS Cutters – 12 to 130 dia mm, TCT Cutter – 12 to 130 mm, Cobalt Cutter – 12 to 100 mm

The Euroboor HSS Cutters are manufactured from certified HSS material only. From 12 mm to 100 mm in diameter in one mm increments and above 100 mm to 130 mm in five mm increments are available in depth of cut (DOC) 30 mm/50mm/75mm/100 mm.
The Euroboor HSS-Cobalt Cutters are made from M42, Molybdenum- Chromium-Vanadium- Tungsten HSS alloy steel with 8% Cobalt. All flutes are fully ground resulting in superfast feed rates, better chip clearance and higher cutting performance. It is ideal for use where superior red hardness is needed to cut special metals. Diameter range 12 mm to 100 mm & DOC IN 30mm/55mm.
The body of Euroboor TCT Cutters is alloy steel and the teeth are of higher grade tungsten carbide. From 12 mm to 100 mm in diameter in one mm increments and above 100 mm to 130 mm in five mm increments are available in depth of cut (DOC) 30 mm/50mm.
Euroboor Carbide tips can be replaced & sharpened using Euroboor Machine Model ERM.100/2.
The Euroboor TCT Cutters are ideal to drill, difficult materials by conventional metal working tools, such as hardox steel, railway tracks, etc.
