Ambigram Machine Tools offers a Double Column Electric Discharge Machine (EDM), H-308+E150. This machine is able to finish two work-pieces simultaneously. The X/Y/Z travel is 3115 x 800 x 600 mm. The travel is equal at least to two EDM machines, when compared with other machines and thereby saving traveling time. The maximum work piece size is 3700 x 1400 x 700 mm. The maximum weight of work piece is 12000 kg and the maximum electrode weight is 500 kg. Oil tank is extended and has unique design, durable and leak-free features. The up and down doors of oil tank is automatic and deformation free. There are three nozzles provided in three different directions of oil tank. The machine structure assures high rigidity and deformation-free. The machine finds its application in automobile die or extra large die. The company also offers CNC EDM and deep hole drilling machines.
