Double Column Bandsaw Machine, Fully Automatic

Model DBCA is a fully automatic double column high speed metal cutting bandsaw machine Mechanical features: double columns ground and hard chrome plated; auto height adjustment of saw frame; step pulley for band speed; carbide bit for long life of blade; heavy gearbox for necessary heavy torque transmission; wire brush unit for blade cleaning; one band saw blade; separate electrical control panel with PLC; imported mechanical position indicator for length setting; and in-built counter in the PLC. Hydraulic features: variable feed by flow control valve; automatic adjustment of blade by hydraulic cylinder; heavy duty hydraulic clamping vice; power pack for hydraulic automation; solenoid valve for the different operation; leakage free connection from power pack to cylinder port; reliability of hydraulic cylinder; cooling system – in-built coolant tank with pump; and in-built hydraulic tank. Optional features: bundle cutting attachment, conveyor table for mass production, and provisional for conversion of semiautomatic to automatic machine features.
