Sahyog Industries offers Double Column Band Saw Machines. These machines are used to cut ferrous and non-ferrous plates, tubes, profiles, and solids. These are rigid, sturdy and torsion free in construction. The design is fully protected to give maximum safety and prevent accidents. These fully hydraulic horizontal band saw systems are capable of cutting squares and rounds up to 600 mm. These are also offered in fully automatic and semi-automatic models with PLC control. Standard features: auto head elevation controlled automatically, thus reducing index cycling time; variable hydraulic-feed control; infinitely variable band speed; manual or hydraulic band tensioning adjustment; a unique manual or hydraulic vice design securely clamp the work piece on both side of the cut thus minimising drop-off burrs; power driven wire brush keeps the band and saw guide free of chips for smoother cutting; and in-built machine lamp. Besides, there are roller guides that serve as ‘pre-guides’ to take the twist out of the blades before the blade goes through the spring loaded flute carbide guides; automatic band breakage shut off; and centralised control panel placed within operator’s reach. The company also offers saws capable of mitre cuts.
