The Double Column Band Saw Machine, BDC-200 M have material cutting capacity of 200 to 1200 mm dia for round and 200 x 200 to 1200 x 1300 mm for rectangular materials, in nine different models. The main advantage is material cost saving due to less taper cutting with only 0.1 to 0.5 mm taper cutting in 200 mm dia MS material. Other advantages include: savings in tool, power and labour costs, resulting in over all production cost saving for competition in global market.
Cutting capacity round - dia 200 mm; cutting capacity rectangle -200 x 200 mm; main drive - 3 HP (1440 RPM); hydraulic motor - 1 HP (1440 RPM); coolant motor - 0.14 HP (1440 RPM); cutting speed 15-95 m/min; blade size - 3760 x 27 x 0.9; and floor space (L x W x H) - 2200 x 2100 x 1800 mm.
