Double Column Band Saw Machine

The Double Column Band Saw Machine is available in different models with cutting capacity ranging from 250 mm dia to 1000 mm dia and squares of 250 x 250 mm to 1000 x 1000 mm. The operation is automatic or semi-automatic. This machine has a main drive 3.0 t 15.0 HP. The hydraulic HP ranges from 1.5 HP to 3.0 HP and the coolant HP is from 0.15 HP to 0.5 HP. This has cutting speed range from 15 to 95 m/min. Standard accessories include hydraulic band tension, auto saw frame height adjustment, hydraulic full stroke clamping, stepless cutting feed regulation, carbide and roller blade guide, precise length setting, hard chrome and ground rods, etc.
