Cutting Machine

The cutting machine from Bittoo Enterprises is brand new in concept design and application and practically incomparable with the existing technology in this field. A unique feature is that three altogether different areas (cutting, calendering and exbossing) have been made operational in the same set-up. Embossing (specially for hand made paper, aluminium foil, leather, rexine, etc): in a conventional embossing machine, the roller has to be etched/carved. Only geometrical designs are possible on the roller. In the proposed machine, all types of design, such as floral and other artistic designs are possible. The cost of a flat bed embossing die shall be about 1/10th of the cost of etching/carving on the roller. Calendering (on paper): by placing the paper in between two plain steel sheets the machine is run with suitable steel roller pressure, to achieve calendering. The machine works both in forward and backward movements of the carriage, enabling multiple production against all the above said operation usages, on a simple one HP single phase electric motor.
