CNC Turning Machines

Anil CNC Technologies offers CNC Turning Machines, Agile CNC. Features: production machine with training centre; machines are designed at 45º slant with monoblock structure to get higher rigidity; and also compact design with low cost. Specifications: maximum turning diameter: 100 mm; maximum turning length: 210 mm; spindle power: 3 kW; and spindle: 4500 RPM. The machines are controlled with CNC or PLC systems. Some SPMs are developed to perform machining operations with turning, facing, boring, copying or multiple operations at a time. The biggest advantage of these machines is that, it will give production output more than general purpose CNC machine with the same production quality. But the production cost is very less due to low machine cost. All machines developed and made with automation technology such as CNC"s and PLC"s have unique features to suit customers" requirement, with the basic structure having mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic or servo motor and ball screw arrangement to provide motion. The company also offers other machining operation such as drilling, milling, etc., and automatic loading unloading gantry systems.
