Anil CNC Technologies offers CNC Turning Machines, Axiom. Features: These are suitable for production purpose because of the slant bed design; the head stock of the machines are cartridge type; headstocks are equipped with hydraulic chuck; the dovetail of the slides are provided with Turcite-B which enables to reduce the co-efficient of friction and facilitates to take comparatively large depth of cut. Specifications: maximium turning diameter: 200 mm; maximum turning length: 350 mm; spindle power: 7.5 kW; and spindle: 5000 RPM. The machines are controlled with CNC or PLC systems. Some SPMs are developed to perform machining operations with turning, facing, boring, copying or multiple operations at a time. The biggest advantage of these machines is that, it will give production output more than general purpose CNC machine with the same production quality. But the production cost is very less due to low machine cost. All machines developed and made with automation technology such as CNC"s and PLC"s have unique features to suit customers" requirement, with the basic structure having mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic or servo motor and ball screw arrangement to provide motion.
