CNC TURNING MACHINE

Anil Machines offers CNC Turning Machine. It is suitable for production purpose. It is a slant bed design and provided with Sinumerik 802-D controller. The headstock of the machine is cartridge type with 5.5 kW servo drive. The maximum spindle speed is 6000 RPM. The headstock is equipped with a hydraulic chuck. The tailstock of the machine has live centre and the quill is also operated hydraulically, which ensures uniform clamping force. Both, X-axis and Z-axis are controlled by servo drive. The dovetails of the slides are provided with Turcite-B, which enables to reduce the co-efficient of friction and facilitates to take comparatively large depth of cut. The bed length is 1270 mm. The centre height is 150 mm. The admit between centre is 350 mm.
