CNC Chucker

Ace Designers offers a flat bed CNC Chucker from its Ace range. This machine is ideally suited for turning small disk type components. Linear motion guide ways with high rapid rates and gang style table mounted tooling ensures minimal cycle times. The machine is designed and built to ensure years of trouble free performance. Complete Fanuc package of CNC system, digital spindle and axes drives, with Fanuc motors ensure reliability. Features: Gang style table mounted tools, automatic centralised lubrication, built-in coolant and lighting system; high rapid rates, optional jig plates for quick setting, and optional tooled up solutions. Key specifications: optimum turning diameter - 3" (60 mm); spindle power (30 minutes) - 5.5 HP (3.7 kW); optimum turning length - 3" (60 mm); rapid rate: X-axis - 787.4"/min (20 m/min); chuck size - 5" (135 mm); and rapid rate: Z-axis - 787.4"/min (20 m/min).
