Electronica Machine Tools offers CNC Wirecut EDM, Ecocut. It is economical and simple. It is ideally suited for small tool rooms for repetitive jobs. Its integral design occupies lesser space. Its e-Pulse technology ensures stable machining without wire breakage even during difficult machining conditions. It is equipped with user friendly, versatile software ELAPT V3.2 and having features such as DXF file interface, built-in utility packages for gears and curves, multicut programme generation etc. It is also equipped with powerful generator with 14" VGA colour graphic CRT display, display for cutting rate, wire path and simultaneous control of X, Y, U, V axes. Features: maximum cutting speed - 70 mm2/ min; taper angle - +50 over 100 mm; traverse/ X-Y axes size - 250 x 350 mm; and surface finish - 1.2 micron Ra.
