Electronica Machine Tools offers CNC Wirecut EDM, SPRINTCUT 734. It is useful for tool room applications. It incorporates e-Pulse technology for higher cutting speed and consistent performance in difficult machining conditions. All sparking pulses carry equal energy and pulse will correct on itself to suit gap conditions resulting in stable machining without wire breakages. It involves comparatively higher cutting speed on smaller work-piece thickness and less operator intervention. It has machine traverse 400 x 300 x 200 mm in X, Y and Z axes having precision LM guide for all 5 axes. It is well equipped with the generator having the following features: 6 work co-ordinate systems; auto wire verticality finding and centre finding; corner control strategy; and machines are equipped with powerful and user friendly software ELAPT with powerful editing facility, multicut programme generation, dxf interface, gears and curve fitting utilities.
