Features: moving column front end machine design; submerge machining capability with anti-electrolysis pulse technology; auto wire threading (optional); linear glass scales for main table positioning measurement; X, Y traverses 400 x 300 mm; maximum taper ± 30º/ 50 mm; high precision 5 axes CNC; cutting speed of 200 mm²/min; best surface finish 0.4 µRa; PCD and other exotic material cutting capability; 56 bit DSP based multi-axis precision motion control; and ELCAM - Windows based part programming software. It is available in 2 versions: Ultracut I S and Ultracut II S.
