CNC Wire Cut EDM, Submerged Type

Sanki Machine Tools (India) Pvt Ltd offers a submerged type, high precision CNC Wire Cut Electric Discharge Machine (EDM), Model AU-300i, manufactured by Accutex Technologies Company Ltd, Taiwan. This high technology machine was exhibited at IMTEX 2012 in Bangalore, and the first time the machine displayed in India. Accutex has developed this machine based on their more than 16 years experience. It is the first Taiwanese company to develop 6-axis wire cut machine.
Some of the outstanding features of this machine are as follows:

• Rigid construction – the longer X-axis is located on the base, the shorter Y-axis is located on the top of X-axis
• C-frame construction design via finite element analysis (FEA) along with multi-ribbed structure features
• 64-bit Window-CE controller with touch screen
• SD Mater – this is patented technology of Accutex, with this feature one cut accuracy is within ± 3-5µ, this feature is very useful for job shop industries
• Anti electrolysis power supply
• Corner control – AWT can be provided optionally
• Heidenhain linear scale for X and Y axis is provide as standard for exhibition machine. This machine is suitable for medical industries, aerospace, die and mould industries, etc.
