CNC Wire Cut EDM For Tool/Die Makers

Crimpjack manufactures CNC wire cut EDM. It is very useful for die makers as well as mould makers. It meets a wide range of applications. Salient features of machine include rigid construction, diamond wire guide, THK or equivalent LM guide ways, and 0.5 micron resolution motors. The machine has built-in AVR and is provided with an UPS for 20 minutes back-up. It assures highly accurate and fast cutting. The machine is available in two types 4-axis and 2-axis. Table travel of X-Y axis is 350 x 250 mm. The machine accommodates work piece of sizes up to 450 x 300 x l50 mm and weight of 100 kg. This user-friendly CNC system has features like centre and edge finding. The automatic programming tool accepts AutoCAD DXF input as well as G codes.
