The company has a 5-axis Japanese machine, utilising a 32-bit CNC controller. The table size of the machine is 500 x 320 x 400 mm (H). It can cater to intricate profiles of clients as the machine supports a wire range from 0.1 to 0.30 mm. The sophisticated Mosfet circuitry permits a superior finish even in hard materials such as tungsten carbide and ceramics. The facility of skim cut also ensures a high accuracy in the finished job. The end applications catered to currently include draw/extrusion for jewellery and metal sections, extra-long stamping dies, gears and cams.
