Indo Tech Machines has introduced circular saws for mass production, Model M-A Class Saws. Usage: for fast and exact cutting of bars in series production; big batches of cuttings with exactly the same length in automatic process; usable especially in forges, pressing and drawing shops, by sub-suppliers of automotive industry, fittings producers, steel and metal traders, engineering industry – everywhere, where economic and precise cutting in large series is required; for processing of steel and non-ferrous bar material with highest cutting performance; hard metal equipped saw blades with thin cut to provide material savings; solid steel HSS blades for cutting of thin-walled tubes; saw works in fully automatic cycle – withdrawal of a bar from magazine, its loading on the roller conveyor, moving to the measuring length-stop, clamping, cutting and withdrawal of cuttings; and first cutting and remnants are delivered separately from other cuttings to transport containers. Main advantages: modern design; complete covering, easy access to settings and control; compact design, noiseless cutting; optionally special coverings made of highly effective acoustic panels of own construction can be supplied; machine controlled by an automation system with integrated twido control system or SPS compatible S7 control system, operation by function buttons based on text messages displayed on LCD display; safe adjustment via two-hand buttons; and easy and fast access for blade replacement, adjusting mode and visible control elements.
