Shree Swastik Corporation offers a world-class heavy-duty horizontal bi-metal band saw cutting machine manufactured by Miranda Tools. Presently the company makes these machines up to dia 280 mm in semi-automatic and automatic versions. Standard features include: panel board with PLC, hydraulic blade tension, hydraulic clamping, carbide wear pad and roller blade guide system, hard chrome and ground guides, power driven chip removal wire brush and idler wheel motion detector with blade stalling and breakage shut off. The blade size is 34 x 1.1 x 3820 mm. These machines have cutting speed range from 20 to 80 m/min.
