Standard features: double column ground and head chrome plated; auto height adjustment of saw frame; infinitely variable feed by flow control valve; step pulley for band speed; carbide band guides with bearing for long life blade; heavy duty gear box for necessary torque; hydraulic band tension with auto release of tension when power off; heavy duty hydraulic clamping vice with both side clamping facility of work piece; separate electrical control panel with PLC; in-built coolant tank with pump; in-built hydraulic tank with necessary component for automation; precise imported mechanical position indicator for length setting; in-built piece counter in the PLC; safety cut off in case of band breakages/ slippage; power driven wire brush for band burr cleaning; bimetallic band saw blade; and bellows on the top for column protection. Optional features: variables drive pulley for band speed; AC drive for band speed; roller table for work piece; screw type chip conveyor; and tension meter.
