ITL has introduced another first, a bandsaw machines using linear motion guides and bearings block instead of conventional hard chrome plated columns and bushes for sliding of cutting arm. With this, the up-down movement of cutting arm has become very smooth and jerk free, resulting in better accuracy and productivity. The machine has also been aesthetically redesigned giving it a look of CNC machines, with reduced exposed part and smaller "foot print". The user-friendly machine is designed for accommodating a variety of jobs. The standard model is available with LMG for vertical movement of the cutting arm as well as for job feeding for better accuracy of cut length. - Length setting arrangement with 01 mm least count through digital indicator
- Hydraulic vices and shuttle system for automatic clamping through full stroke double acting hydraulic cylinders
