Bandsaw Machine, Automatic Double Column Horizontal

Mistry Laxman Kadva & Co offers a fully automatic double column horizontal metal cutting bandsaw machine, Model LK-300 DCA. This is very rigid, sturdy and torsion free in construction. The saw head unit is supported by two rigid hard chrome plated and ground vertical columns, guided by pre-lubricated bushes. Auto work height control with quick action approach arm eliminates the need for the operator to manually adjust the blade height to accommodate different sizes of the arm make contact, when the sawing starts. Saw feed up and down motion is controlled by hydraulic cylinder and regulated by a pressure regulated feed valve. Automatic feeding of job is done by indexing. The feed length can be set by means of screws and digital counter assembly with length accuracy of ±0.2 mm. A power driven brush keeps the blade free from chips. Optional accessories include: roller table 1500 mm; multiple indexing attachment; bundle clamping attachment; and variable vice pressure.
