Band Sawing Machine

The band sawing machine has hydraulic control of feeding speed of sawing/cutting, stepless adjustment. Models for maximum process standard of round materials ranging from diameter 180 to 2000 and for square materials from 220 x 400 mm to 2000 x 2000 mm are available. There is hydraulic control of Spencer clamping and semi-auto clamping. Adopt worm wheel drive to saw/cut and band saw overload protection device is also available. It uses antifriction bearing and hard alloy for guiding, thus prolonging service life of the saw blade. Fast feeding and automatic change of workpiece enhances efficiency. It has an auto-control control panel, digital setting, parameter setting, display for operation indication and equipment state. A PLC sets the whole sawing/cutting process. Feeding length uses grating ruler control. It has fast cutting speed, high efficiency and low energy consumption. It has a narrow kerf, saving material and is simple with convenient operation and maintenance. Some models have double-column, double-oil-cylinder structure with reasonable structure of guiding seat ensuring correct guiding of the guiding block, which extends service life of the saw blade and increases precession. Customised manufacture of automatic tensioning and hydraulic tensioning of saw blade is possible. The machine possesses automatic material lifting and feeding, with automatic blow off. Some models have guiding rail frame glided by saw frame with high precision sawing/cutting performance and saw frame gliding with the workpiece immobility.
