The new Multicut machine is claimed to be the first double column fully automatic CNC band saw machine in India for mass production applications. It has HMI, PLC and glass scale for complete automation of CNC version. These machines are useful for cutting of all round bars, tubes, profiles, angles, channels, alloy steel, SS, brass, copper, aluminium, I-beams and solids materials. The machines are suitable for automatic series cutting assignments and one off cuts. The machines are easy to operate, flexible in use, economical and primarily – extremely fast. The machine features auto height setting, hydraulic band tensioning with electrical monitoring, hydraulic material clamping with pressure regulation hydraulic material clamping for precise material positioning, electronically controlled cutting speed, steplessly adjustable saw feed. The machines are available in 200, 300, 360 and 420 mm capacity, fully automatic. These are ideal for forging units, automobiles units, general engineering factories and all steel and alloy traders for mass production at low cost in competitive world.
