Krystal Machine Tools offers Band Saw Blades. These are ideal blades for production cutting of abrasive exotic alloys, tool steels and stainless steels. Features and benefits: electron beam welded bi-metal construction; triple tempered M42 cobalt high speed steel teeth; hardness Rockwell C67-69; high wear and heat resistance; fatigue resistant alloy steel backing strip; fast production cutting of large section solids and profiles; and bearcat teeth have deep gullets and positive rake, suitable for production cutting of solids. By the use of M51, the K-Mark"s offers unrivalled hardness and excellent abrasion resistance. Combined with an aggressive teething, this blade is specially suited for cutting exotic and high-alloyed steels.
