Swastik Engineering Company offers Automatic Block Cutting Machine. The bridge sliding on vertical graded casted columns have up and down movement. The bridge is made of supervisor grade cast iron casting G41S for the body and very rugged in designed to active good sustained accuracy for its long period of service. The cutter carriage moves over the bridge through rack and pinion. The cutter slide and vertical slide perfectly matched by manually scrapping to avoid vibration and for free motion. The main spindle is made of alloy steel and is housed ridly on precision roller bearing in the view of frequently reciprocation movement of the circular saw carriage. The electronic circuit is used and singles generated have been provided for smooth automation of step cutting slabs thickness setting and overload protection. The automatic panel is supplied with control for the power and sequencing operation adequate safety monitoring/Trapping are provided with the machine and working personnel.
