Special Purpose Machines For Process Industry

Project Engineering Group (PEG) of Grindwell Norton is part of the global Saint-Gobain Group. PEG has more than three decades of experience in building special purpose machines (SPMs) for various industry verticals. Some of the machines built by PEG include mixers from 50 kg to 250 kg capacity – single bowl and double bowl; electrostatic coater unit (ESU); vibro compaction machines (VCM) for powder/grains compaction; glass fibre winding (GFW) machines; furnaces and kilns for ceramic and abrasive industry; cyclone and classifiers for abrasive grains; and coating heads. The division is ISO and OHSAS certified with strong focus on quality assurance, safety and environmental management systems. PEG has in-house CAD centre with modern software and hardware, to ensure that all design and detailing is carried out under a single roof. A well equipped Assembly and Testing Facility (ATF) ensures thorough testing and debugging before despatch.
